BEWARE

We were robbed at the Blue Bell. The owner did not change the door code, even though the previous tenant for our Unit#1 was still staying at the property. Also there is a direct door from the owner's quarters into our unit with no way for us to lock it. After we were robbed, the owner would not respond to my text or phone calls and actually ran & hid when I saw her. Police report #18-058155 Rat traps everywhere, no TP provided, one towel for 2 people, no handtowels or washcloths, one fork in the 'kitchen', homeless people everywhere.
